Uhhhmm...

So, apparently I dropped off the face of the earth...
It seems that we've gotten into our "groove" of things... and blogging doesn't seem to fit into my groove. ;)
Well, I shouldn't say that. I've started several posts... but have yet to finish them. They were kinda deep posts, so maybe it was more of a battle in my mind as to whether or not to share, or continue to blog about the 3 little people in my life...
Anyways.....

How on earth is it even November?? Seems nuts!! Maybe we've been busier than I feel like... I suppose a catch up on pictures is a must. Mostly just Fall stuff on my camera.
We took our annual trip to the pumpkin patch this year... I begged for ONE picture. I told them before we went in... just ONE of all 3 of you... and this is what I got:
;) Love them!!

We painted our pumpkins..

and for Ha...ll...o...wee...n
(Sorry.. I dislike that word, for some reason. Hate to tell my kids about halloween. I'm a freak)
We mostly just had a fun, not scary night with the cousins.
How bout these 6?? Could they be any more perfect??

Fairy Girls.

Never fear, bub the firmans here

So, Life's good. We've adjusted better to the school thing. I'm definitely more at peace about it... Nat is able to take Madelynn to school, so Payton and Stetson don't live as maniac zombies when they have to get up early... I often find myself wondering how in the heck they'll go to school and function properly. Whew, my condolences to their future teachers. They are NOT morning folk.
A few "things" that come to mind.
-Stetson has been in big boy undies for 3 days now... with NO accidents...  I was determined to do things different with him.. I was NOT gonna push it on him, but rather took a different approach in letting him come to me!! and it worked!! I let him wear undies when he wanted to. Didn't force him to wear them. For a good few weeks, he went potty with daddy when he had to go. It became a joyous occasion to him... He got to where he was peeing in the potty almost all day (Stetson, not Nat... ;) .. but wouldn't poop. One day, he just did it. We celebrated like It was 1999 and ever since, he's told me several times a day (same time, like clock work) when he has to go poop, and does it without fail. To say that I am thrilled would be an understatement. :) Although, there is one down side.... I now spend MORE time in the bathroom.

-Nat and I are taking a trip to MI in Dec... and every single day my soul longs for that vacation. I am slowly trying to prepare for such a trip, us Texan folk don't just have those types a warm clothes needed for the North, nor do we have thick skin... Danielle and I chat back and forth every day about the weather.... they're expecting snow tomorrow... were still wearing shorts, and could take a dip in the pool most days this warm November. We are gonna DIE up there!!!

- The girls are still goo goo over Ballet... well, mostly Payton... I'm thinking Madelynn would appreciate gymnastics more. We shall see... maybe in the future.

-My sistas started bball season. Be still my heart... no, really... its sooo hard to sit and WATCH!! My heart rate goes a little whacky. Nothing more fun than watching them play sports!!!

-(As we are so often asked) we are loving being back home... It was like we never left!! Serisouly, some days I'm like -We were gone for almost 2 years?!? Insane. Not only does Nat work less here, It doesn't even seem like he works at all!! I guess because in NM I had nothing to do but sit around, alone, all day waiting for him to come home.. That made things worse, and made it seem like he worked all.the.time. Here, I stay so busy, and have so much family time between our 2 families, that I never even notice that he works. I think that is a good thing!!

-He has really gotten into hunting... which I'm grateful for (most days) ;) Poor guy, he had no guy time, no guy activities... I think he was ready for a new hobby. However, the hobby of gun collecting could take a back seat. How many guns is too many??

I think that is about it.... I'll get back on this blogging thing. ;)
