Dogs.

I know your all wondering about our puppy adventures. Or maybe you've never again thought about them... Well I'm here to put your mind at ease and fill you in on our 4 legged family members. They're still here... living in dog heaven. Doing what dogs do best. Dig holes, eat, sleep, run (away), play, poop. All I can say is, if you're gonna get a puppy, get 2! For their sake! I couldn't imagine them not having each other to entertain and play with! I for sure think that dogs are pack animals and need play mates to run and play with. Just my personal opinion. I'm really grateful that we got the both of them.

Now before I post some pictures I need you to know something. Aussie (girl- pink collar.. you'll figure it out soon enough) Well she is basically a dog MODEL if ever there was such a thing. She loves it when I get the camera out... as you'll soon see. I'm not even kidding... so that is the reason why there are so many more pictures of her than of him... Axel, basically, as most males do, runs far far away when I try to take pictures of him. hence the reason there are very few pics of him. Get it??? So no, we don't love Aussie more than Axel... matter of fact most days I like Axel more cuz he is calmer, listens better and is low key. She is pretty high key. Pretty hyper. Loves people, wants to be all up in your bidness all day long. She thinks she's an itty bitty lap dog... and she can get pretty annoying at times!

if there is a chair, she wants to be in it. I find her out here in the rocking chair many a times during the day.

(is it weird that I put words to my dog pictures?!?! I like to imagine what they would say of they could talk)

she is a lover. oh, she is a lover! Which I love.. cuz she adores the kids.

.. and they've recently got into some trouble... running away over to the neighbors house. Which I discovered why they felt the need to run on over there... cuz the kids enjoy playing with them. Ummm... hello? You playing with my dogs is going to make them come back to your house constantly... and that's just not gonna happen. I'm glad they enjoy our dogs going over there, truly I am, I'm thankful they didn't put a bullet in them as most "country folk" would do... but going over there several times a day to get them just isn't an option for me... so they got chained up... and they were not happy about it, as you can tell from the picture.

and Axel man. Such a sweet boy.

These boys gotta stick together!

They're growing. They live the life most dogs dream of, and they're happy to be with us. Were enjoying having them around!
