Cruise time babay pt. 4

**Sorry I've been MIA... BUT, I am catching up on the Cruise posts, so scroll down and catch up!!

The next day was the BEST day.
Well... It didn't start out that way for me. I woke up grouchy, tired, and with a headache. Therefore I was not looking forward to this day. Matter of fact, I woke up thinking I can't wait for this day to be over.

My heart very quickly changed when we got off the boat and saw the beautiful, turquoise water that was so crystal clear.

Jim, Sharon, Nat and I went on a "Beach buggy and Snorkeling" excursion... and it... was... AWESOME!! Seriously so much fun!

Our destination:
South Point

We stopped for a sec. to check out some Mayan ruins.
Pretty neat.

Then we stopped to look at some crocodiles.
Soo crazy to think that this was right across the road from the beautiful beach!

Our next stop was snorkeling, all the pics we got of that are on the waterproof camera we had.... I'm excited to see how they come out. It was pretty strenuous if I might say so myself. Harder than I thought it would be... but SO worth it!!!! For me, it was all the equipment that made it difficult. I'd much rather have taken the flippers and life jacket off. But... that wasn't an option. We made do tho! We saw lots of awesome fish, lobster, and a sea turtle. That was pretty neat!! I'll share the pics once we get them developed. We worked up a pretty great appetite and came back to some good 'ol mexican food...

mmmhh... soak it up!

our awesome tour guides.

when we left, we saw this:
and this opened up and let loose... and it was probably the most memorable thing of the whole trip! Well, maybe not the most memorable... but it was up there. There are sometimes in life where you gotta LET GO and ENJOY life... and when your driving 60 MPH in Mexico, in an open top beach buggy, with your hair down, flying in the wind, with rain pelting you... its just wonderful.

I won't even begin to tell you how long it took me to brush my hair out. :) After awhile, my arm starting hurting from the constant motion of trying to get all the tangles out, so I had to get Nat to finish brushing it out. It was horribly wonderful!

Our cute driver. :)

Once we got back, we had about an hour and a half to get A LOT of shopping done... and that we did!

So long, Cozumel.
You're a lovely place!

ginormous, delicious, rich piece of cake.

Back on the ship, and after our afternoon nap, we enjoyed another evening on the ship.

it rained again!
