Happy New Year!

Real life, y'all!
Husband wore dirty socks to work yesterday.
Just loaded 2 days worth of dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
I wont even tell you the amount of showers I've NOT taken in the past week.
Baby has RSV + ear infections
Boy #1 has a sinus infection.
Picked up girl # 1 from school today after she threw up.
all 3 have coughs from the pit of hell.
....and I am softly cradling girl #2 from this chaos.

What a buncha craziness we have going on around here!!!

We took Weston to the clinic last Friday when his breathing went way downhill and we found out he has RSV.
We had a not so fun/exhausting weekend with him. Although I HATE to see

my little baby so worn out from feeling so bad, I loved every second of all the cuddles... and boy was there lots of cuddles. He and I have been inseperable... which can be so exhausting! I was thankful when Nat sent me out to go (back) to town last night to get (more) meds for my sickies. I turned the music up loud, rolled down the windows, and drove a few miles over the speed limit. ;) ;) :) Why are these things so liberating??
Thankful for daddys that hold down babys to give them breathing treatments.
Actually I'm thankful for this guy for lots of other reasons. Although he worked crazy hour days through all of this, he still comes home and helps more than I could ever ask him for.

reality.

I took both boys to the Dr.(again) and we found out that on top of his "junk"  little man also has infected ears, (which explains sooooo much about his fussiness!!!!) and Stetson has a sinus infection.
Steroids, breathing treatments and antibiotics for both.

We made the best of our mama/sons date and went to Sonic as we waited on meds to be filled.

As I (finally) did the dishes this morning, I thanked God that we are on the mend, and laughed at the amount of medicine cups/syringes I washed.

We are starting out 2017 with a bang.

Lets just say our few "changes" have been set on the back burner until I can dig myself out of the laundry, dishes, and housework I am now buried under.
